STRIVE’s School-Based ABA and Consultation services provide assessment-driven, collaborative behavioral support within the school setting. Services are designed and supervised by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and are tailored to meet the needs of individual students, small groups, classrooms, or school teams.
Services begin with a comprehensive or targeted assessment, depending on the identified concerns, and are used to guide data-based recommendations and intervention planning. Supports may include individual student consultation, multiple student support, or whole classroom and systems-level consultation, based on school needs and priorities.
School-based ABA and consultation services may include, but are not limited to:
Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA), when appropriate
Development, implementation, and coaching of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
Skill assessments and development of skill acquisition plans
Environmental modifications and antecedent-based strategies to support learning and behavior
Classroom management systems and positive behavior supports
Data collection systems and progress monitoring
Coaching and training for school staff to support consistent implementation
STRIVE works collaboratively with IEP teams, school support teams, administrators, and families to ensure recommendations are practical, aligned with educational goals, and support meaningful student outcomes. Services are designed to integrate within existing school systems and promote sustainability beyond consultation.
School-Based ABA and Consultation services are funded through the school district and are delivered under district agreements or contracts. Service scope, duration, and intensity are determined collaboratively based on assessment findings and district needs.
