Experience & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Currently pursuing or completed an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience working with children preferred.
- Previous ABA, paraprofessional, or related behavioral support experience highly preferred.
- Ability to successfully pass all required background checks.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB is preferred and is eligible for a higher rate of pay.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain attentive and engaged with clients at all times to ensure safety and effective treatment.
- Comfortable with sustained physical activity, including interactive floor-based therapy for 30–60 minutes at a time.
- Ability to participate in therapy activities that may include running, sitting, walking, standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 30–50 pounds as needed to support clients.
