Kristin Floss, M.S., BCBA

Owner/Executive Clinical Director

Kristin is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has a strong passion for helping people and enriching their lives every possible way. Kristin started her career in applied behavior analysis in 2013; it was then that she fell in love with the field, profession, and of course, all of the children and families she worked with. Kristin graduated from UW- Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. After growing professionally in her career, she went on to earn her Master’s of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Kristin has experience working in both center-based and in-home ABA therapy settings along with working collaboratively with other professionals, including school districts, county case workers and medical providers. She is committed to making meaningful changes in the lives of her clients and is excited to bring her extensive experience, passion, and knowledge to Shawano County & Marathon County!

Rebecca Brehm, M.A., BCBA

Director of Clinical Services

Rebecca is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) for 10 years. She started her ABA career working in-home and transitioned to a center-based ABA company to gain new experiences. She has experience with servicing children ranging from 2 to 18 years old. Rebecca graduated from UW- Stevens Point with her Bachelors in Arts for Communicative Sciences and Disorders. She then went on and earned her Masters in Art for Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism from Ball State University in 2019. Working at Strive Behavioral Solutions has given Rebecca a new experience and is grateful for the opportunity that she was given. She loves sharing her passion for ABA with anyone who will listen. She loves seeing the progress that the children make and watching the staff light up when they see a client do something independently for the first time. When she is not at work she can be found outside in the garden or spending time with her husband and adorable 1 year old daughter.

Bethany Rybarczyk, M.A., BCBA

Clinical Director/Licensed Supervisor - Marathon Clinic

Bethany is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with previous experience in human services. Bethany started her career in applied behavior analysis (ABA) in 2019 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Prior to that, Bethany had experience volunteering with children and working with patients of various ages as a certified nursing assistant. After falling in love with the field of ABA after college, Bethany began to pursue her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University. She graduated with her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis in May of 2021. Bethany’s favorite part of her career is watching clients make progress toward goals and increase their communication. In her free time, Bethany enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dog, hiking, boating with friends and family, and making crafts. Bethany is looking forward to continuing to work with the clients at Strive and helping those in Marathon County.

Kelly Smith, M.A., BCBA

Director of Education and Consultation Services - Shawano Clinic

Kelly is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has a long history of working with children. She has a strong passion in helping children find their greatest potential. Kelly started her career in elementary education in 2001 after graduating from UW-Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She enjoyed teaching for 15 years before taking a different path professionally. In 2016, Kelly earned her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Kelly has experience working in both center-based and in-home ABA settings along with working collaboratively with other professionals, including school districts and county case workers. Kelly loves working with the child, but she also thoroughly enjoys coaching, mentoring, and teaching families and teachers how to increase skills and decrease challenging behaviors. She is committed to finding success in every child and is excited to work with Shawano and other neighboring counties! Personally, she is a mother of 3 daughters, has been married for 16 years and her family loves to camp, kayak and spend time with family and friends.

Jocelyn Mayer, M.S., BCBA

Licensed Behavioral Consultant

Jocelyn is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and has been in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) since 2016. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan Technological University in 2016, she pursued her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis degree which she earned in 2018 from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has experience working in centers, in homes and in schools. Jocelyn has found a passion in working with parents of children with developmental delays and believes that treatment is most successful when the parents have been thoroughly trained in how to implement ABA in the home. In her free time, Jocelyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and exploring a variety of hobbies.

Jordan Nagel, M.A., BCBA

Assistant Clinical Director/Lead BCBA - Shawano Clinic

Jordan is a Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) who has a passion for helping others and watching them grow. Jordan started her career in Applied Behavior Analysis in May 2020. After about a month in the field, she fell in love with the clients, coworkers, and work that she was doing. Jordan graduated from UW- La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She took a gap year to gain experience working with children. She worked as a paraprofessional and then a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at an autism center. Her experience as an RBT led her to attending Graduate School for a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis. She graduated from Ball State University in Fall 2021. At Strive, Jordan loves the positive work environment, the wonderful staff, and the clients. She is committed to impacting the lives of her clients and watching them grow.

Laura Zblewski, M.A., RBT

Assistant Clinical Director/Program Supervisor - Marathon Clinic

Laura is the Assistant Clinical Director for the Marathon County Location. Laura has a strong passion in helping and bettering the lives of others. Laura started her career in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018; when she fell in love with the field and working with children and their families. Laura graduated with a Bachelors in Human Services and a Bachelors in Criminal Justice from UW Oshkosh in May 2018. After growing professionally in the field, she went to earn her Masters of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and graduated in May 2021 with a Masters of Applied Behavioral Analysis. During her free time, Laura enjoys camping, going up to their family cabin in Tomahawk, Hunting, Fishing, spending time with friends and family, and doing DIY crafts on her Cricut. Laura loves the atmosphere at Strive with all the positivity, and loves seeing the goals and progress that the clients make daily!

Gabriella Theiss, M.A., BCBA

Lead BCBA - Marathon Clinic

Gabriella Theiss is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) for 6 years. She has alternated between delivering in-home and center based services. Gabriella graduated from Carthage College with her Bachelors in Arts for Psychology. She then went on to earn her Masters in Arts for Applied Behavior Analysis with and Emphasis in Autism from Ball State University in 2020. She loves enriching the lives of others, both children and their families along with staff. When not working she can be found spending time with her two boys.

Tyler Bliss, M.S.

Program Supervisor/Behavioral Treatment Therapist - Marathon Clinic

Tyler is a Treatment Therapist who has a passion for collaborating with other professionals and creating successful environments that evoke confidence and independence in his clients. Tyler started his career in ABA in March of 2021. Quickly finding his passion, Tyler earned a Masters of Science in Applied Behavioral Analysis in August of 2023. Tyler served 8-years in the Wisconsin Army National Guard, has been a part of mission trips to Africa, and loves anything peanut butter. In his spare time Tyler can be found outdoors, watching the Minnesota Vikings, or relaxing with his dog “Hammie" at home.

Program Supervisor/Behavioral Treatment Therapist - Shawano Clinic

Kendall is a Treatment Therapist who has a passion for helping others and watching them succeed. Kendall started her career in Applied Behavior Analysis June of 2020 and fell in love with her work, clients, and colleagues. Kendall graduated from UW – Green Bay in 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with an Emphasis in Mental Health and a Minor in Sociology & Anthropology. She is continuing her education at Ball State University for her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis. She will graduate from Ball State University in the fall of 2023. At Strive, Kendall loves the inviting and positive work environment, her co-workers, and the clients. She is committed to positively impacting the lives of those around her.

Hailey Hooker, B.S.

Program Supervisor/Behavioral Treatment Therapist - Shawano Clinic

Hailey is a Treatment Therapist who has a passion for working with children and helping them reach their goals. Hailey graduated from UW - Green Bay in May of 2021 with a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology. She is continuing her education at Ball State University for her Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis. She started her career in applied behavior analysis in November of 2018 and fell in love with the field. Throughout the years, Hailey has gained experience in servicing individuals between ages 2-25. At Strive, Hailey loves watching the personal growth each client makes throughout their journey.

Sydney Utke, B.S., RBT

Lead Registered Behavioral Technician - Shawano Clinic

Sydney is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who has a passion for helping others, ending the stigma of mental health, working with children, and making a difference. Sydney began her ABA journey in the summer of 2020 during her undergraduate internship, instantly falling head over heels for the field. Sydney graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stout in Menomonie, WI. with a bachelors of science in Psychology, a minor in Neuroscience, and a Pre-Clinical concentration. She is currently working on her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis to become a BCBA. Working in this field has changed her life in the best way possible. Sydney loves being part of the Strive Behavioral Solutions team and bringing ABA to her hometown!

Foua Lo, RBT

Program Manager - Marathon Clinic

Foua has worked in the ABA field for 2018. Foua is driven by the fact she is making a difference with clients by implementing treatment plans to meet each client’s goal. She feels greatly accomplished by knowing that she plays a part in this. Foua also enjoys working along side a great supportive team which also became a factor in how passionate she is in her role.

Jamie Wold, B.S., RBT

Director of Operations - Marathon Clinic

Jamie is the Clinical Operations Manager at Strive. She has been in the field since 2018, where she first discovered Applied Behavior Analysis and fell in love with it immediately. Jamie is also a Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT) and enjoys working with children and helping them grow and flourish. Jamie graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Development. She is committed to enriching the lives of the children she works with and enjoys the fun and supportive environment here at Strive.
